incomplete kits in gameplay mode

I'm having trouble with an specific team kit, Atletico-PR from Brazil. The kit is striped red and black (like Milan). In gameplay mode sometimes the kit appears almost all black, as if it hadn't been completely rendered. I tried messing around with lod configuration in kitserver, but the only way to get it right is to put everything at maximum detail, what makes my game run slow. Stange thig is that this is the ONLY team that shows this problem. I already tried 3 different versions of this kit and always have the same problem.

Better than explaining, check it. Players in the upper part of the screen appear wrong.
