Is there a tool that lets you edit your entire BAL save game? instead of only editing yourself? to prevent unrealistic transfers or edit players to give him realistic stats so he gets invited by the national team like in real life etc.. cause that would be just totally awesome

use BAL Studio. You can adjust your player stats however making unrealistic transfers happen you can't stop it's in the game
