I don't see the world cup trophy

First, I'm from Uruguay so I dont speak in english very good
.
The first pic on the post of the patch, we can see Spain winnning the world cup, I already downloaded all the patch, but I dont see the same trophy, I only see the original one from PES 2010.

I did something wrong or the pic is fake?

Anyway, I love this patch, thanks to all the creators

Sure that you install Version 1.0, 1.01, 1.1 and 1.3?

yes, I don't know if is any way to know what versions of the patch I already installed.
How can I uninstall the complete patch to install it again?

no the trphy is not in the patch

I screw it.

I didn't know how to install the trophy, so i deleted the original files dt07.img and dt09.img from the original game and know doesn't work.

Anyway... my question was resolve this post can be closed (or not, if someone want to give me an url to download the img files), thanks to everybody

I know, I think in that after I deleted the 2 .img files (so idiot )
Im downloading the game again if someone can upload those 2 files to me I'll appreciate
