many questions: Balls and menus

Hello,
1. i've downloaded the ball pack Adidas Tango 12. Now i don't know where i have to put them.
Can somebody tell it to me?
2.Actually I've downloaded also the patch with the new leagues but there are only Bundesliga, Serie A, Eredivise, Liga BBVA and Ligue 1. I want also the npower-leuage. In ``Become a legend`` i have an other problem: There is no 2. Bundesliga but when i want make a normal match there is the 2. Bundesliga.
