I work hard with help of group of programs such is Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1., Audrey and Mike, and voice-SAPI5 TTSAPP applications and i make a lot more comments. I could not found way to modulate the color of the voice of PES but I'll try to make even that.
This Pack includes all the players callnames of Crvena Zvezda, Partizan, Vojvodina, national teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and some players of Croatia, Montenegro, soon I'll add more callnames for Montenegro, Macedonia and Slovenia.
The only thing I did not edit are names of some classic players that took from ISS Pro Evolution 2 and FIFA 1999 to 2005.

Copy call names to folder :
C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2010\kitserver\example-root1\img\dt00_e.img
Example:
Bogdanovic instead of Janot .
Janot it is in Call names map list number 1217 and for him no more comments than the first number. So you apply to Bogdanovic nuber 1217 from Janot.
and you copy Bogdanovic_1217.adx to folder named above.
In PES 2010 go to EDIT/Player/Edit player/FIFA/FK Crvena Zvezda/Bogdanovic/Player name/Commentary name/ and find Janot check commentary. If commentary spoke Bogdanovic then confirm save and you can begin game.
If you use call names of players who have four files, then use call the names map to find a list of players who also has four separate numbers.
