I have a problem after installing any pes edit 2012 patch the game doesn't work and give me that message entitled fatal error and I think it related to the rld.dll file

it tellsl me that message pleas give a quick solution

the dynamic library "rld.dll " fAILed to load please confirm that:

If u have windows 7 than u must run the game as administrator on the right mouse click
