Can I change only the 2. Bundesliga to the original league?

I've installed the patch (http://pesedit.com/forums/showthread.php?6708-PESEdit-com-2012-Patch-1-0-Released%21-28-09-11) and I'd like to change the 2.Bundesliga to the Liga D2, as in the original game appears, and I don't how I can change it...

Can anyone help me?

Your Patch is always the best Patch, I always used it, but this year... we can edit the second division... And that's a really shit.

It's really good this 2. bundesliga... But everyone prefers to put his country teams.

Please in your patch, allow people to edit the teams in 2. Bundesliga, or please, do a patch without it.

Your patch is the best... Please don't do that we have to get another patch or none to play with the teams in our country.

If you don't change this... At least tell us how to edit your file unnamed_32.bin to change it. I've tried everything and no way
