I'm wondering about the "squad number". Some player is always complaining. But how to know which number to assign. C.Ronaldo is furious about number 7 for expamble. Shimizu about #6. Does someone know how to guess the desired number?

You have to play 10 matches and you gain 10points for each match. So 10x10=100points. Then go to Extra Content -> Mode Expansion Kits -> Master League 3 (buy this one). Hope i help you:) Just let me know. Bye bye

I only got 2 new players (2. Season now):

Negredo and Shimizu.
And, for example, Goetze is now on 91, S. Bender on 88 (DMF) and Barrios on 85. These three definitivly increase good. :)

It's just the first season over and I don't buy alot of superstars. I try to build my team up around Goetze, maybe I'll try to buy Ter-Stegen and Reus next transfer-period. In the defense I'll try to buy young players like Jones from Manchester United or Papadopolous from Schalke 04.
But I like to play with a team like that. It's much fun and that's why I play with it. :)

I buy Khedira (Overall: 86) now. He'll help me, I think so.
For my bad, Goetze (Overall: 90, as RMF or LMF 92) got an injury for 12 Weeks. In every match, you feel, that he misses a lot. His speed, his technique, his passes, his freekicks and long-range shoots... oh yeah, hope he don't got another injury after this for a long time like this now. :D

Goetze is on 91 in the 2nd season? I am also in the 2nd and he's on 79.

I use a old stat-fix from another site (Goetze start there with 81). In the PESEDIT-Patch Goetze got 79 and growtype 'Standard' (what is wrong in my eyes), in the fix I use he start with 81 (like I say) and growtype 'Early', maybe that's why he grow better at me (in case your Goetze was on 'Standard'). ;)

I start a new ML with ManCity. Buy only two new players: Shimizu and Neymar.
My lineup:

Aguero
Tevez/Nasri/Silva (change them sometimes, so Nasri is for example often at the right side, Tevez plays as SS and so on)
Yaya Toure
Barry
Clichy/Toure/Kompany/Zabaleta (here I change too sometimes, for example Lescott or Richards for Zabaleta)
Hart

I don't use any extra content things (like max. money or better transfer chances).
Train like everytime, means: One thing for 7-10 days.
Aguero for example raises 93 after 10 games, Tevez from 87 to 88, Midfieldes gettin' 1 point and so on.

Play again a few games, not many necessary updates, but Aguero still now on 94, Nasri goes on 88, Tevez on 92, Silva 91, Neymar 85 (89 as LMF/RMF), Richards 90, Clichy 96. That are my best players, the rest is around 75 - 85. :D

Anyone knows good young players? I mean, Wilshere, Goetze, Reus etc are known, mean a lot more unknown players maybe. :D

I played with Dortmund 3 seasons, in PES2011 I play 5 seasons with Real Madrid and now I try ManCity maybe for longer, if I found enough time to play. I always play 10min a match. :D
I've played now 12 matches with ManCity and train the same thing always 7-8 days. Aguero raies up to 94, Teves got 92 (as LMF), Nasri is on 89, Silva on 91 and all the other players grow a bit (1 or 2 points) or stay at their normal overall. So give my train method a chance. :P

Could you please show me your team strength now? (Offence, Defence, Tactic, Speed, Technique, Physique)
I'm so selective to choose what training I should did, because I'm afraid of one of my team strength decreased (usually Physique and Tactic).

Also, before match, do you choose to train condition? I always do that (sometimes 2 days before) For small clubs just like my team, I think it's important to keep my strongest line-up in a good condition.

Is there any chance to turn it ON (maybe with extra tools?)

or... will someday my staffs change themselves? (maybe if my club ranking goes up, or if I can win the Premier League?)

However, actually my Negotiation settings has chosen "Direct Negotiating" at first I'm starting my ML.

Like I said before, my negotiation settings is Direct Negotiating. Maybe because of his Connections/Veteran Signing ability, Pirlo always refuses my offer, before i can negotiate the sallary/transfer offer (I've offered him 4 times). Although his loyality at Juventus is 0 and transfer listed.

Haha yeah, maybe the conclusion is we're still can't change Club Management settings unless finally someone can create the tools for it.

Varela is a quality player but in the first season he is 26 and at 28 the price is starting the decrease. But i think is a very good player.

Im starting save with Arsenal now, im not fan of them but i like them, because they have nice style of play, young squad and its a real challenge to play with them, because they didnt win trophy last 6 years (if im right).. :) So ill keep you updated...

Where to improve ?

As you see im going to play with wingers and currently in my team there are only 3 wingers: Gervinho, Walcott and Chamberlain.
So im probably going to buy or loan one winger.
Song on DMF position needs backup too, so im going to buy backup DMF, because i dont trust Coquelin and Eastmond to step in when Song is not avaible.
RB position needs improvement too as i have only one player on that position Sagna. Im probably gonna buy backup for him or im gonna buy replacement for him and Sagna will be backup.

Who to get rid off ?

Well im probably gonna try and get rid of Almunia, Squillaci, Djorou and Chamakh. If not now then in January or at the end of season.

So, now i have my 5-th season with Portsmouth under way. I started playing ML with standart players without maximum founds and first two seasons it was really hard for me to score goals and to keep my gate in safe.My first season i ended on 3-rd position in Championship and secured playing in Premier League for next season, but with my current squad and founds it was a big mistake, because i finished 2-nd season on 20-th position and it was really terrible season, but in 3-rd season my players improved their stats and also i've bought some new players and i won it and again secured to Premier League. My 4-th season i ended on 4-th position and i passed through Inter to Champions League group stage/ So now 5-th season and here is my current squad:

Now i want to work a bit on transfer market and do my team a bit younger.

If i've finished in 1-st season on 20-th poistion, he fired me (i think so) but in first season i was good and i think that result of first season saved me. My results in second season was very bad, i won only 7-8 matches, and about 5 draws...

no, you won't sacked. my Rangers FC is in 20th position at the first season, only win 4 times (when I'm still in Championship League! I shocked), and I didn't sacked :p
i thought you'll sacked if your budget didn't enough to pay many things after a season (and luckily i'm using maximum budget. hahaha)

but negative things in the next season is my players loyality decreased drastically. especially Shimizu and Torres (and then every match their condition always shows the down purple arrow)

Wow these great players in one team. Eh, who did you buy in your first season? Because i ever tried ML with Tottenham and still couldn't buy great players. The only one that visible for me is just Neymar :(

i used PES 2012 costums league switcherby razib_46, I've tried but can not, it says "files not found or setting.ini not accessible" what can i do please?
ooh, so you're using another tools, i'm afraid it won't suitable with the basic patch settings. i don't know the solution.

i have a new opinion.....

strategy is one of most important type to train first, if you all using lower clubs.
if using lower clubs (with low quality players), train technique and speed is not help signifficantly.
because passing and speed are not useful if your player positions are bad and can't link-up each other.

do you all agree with this?

If you start with a second division team on Pro or Top player there are high chances that you are going to receive a big amount of goals the first season.
As you don't have any european competition (only a league cup) it's a good season to develop young players.

For me it depends a lot on the team and the formation you want to use, it's not the same to play with Swansea than play with Derby County as some teams already have "acceptable" stats on some skills.
When I begin using a second division team I focus on strategy and physical more than the others. An example:

3 days strategy
3 days physical
2 days speed
2 days tech

and then the cycle starts again.
Condition is not really needed at the beginning because you have enough days between matches and most of your guys are young.
This gets you a better defense/MF (if you are lucky and patience) and then you can start to build attacks and pray that your strikers aim correctly.

It`s very important what type of training you apply. Players often complain about the training regime but they develop the fastest if you train SPEED, TECHNIQUE and PHYSICAL. That`s my advice. Then you`ll get Goetze at 91 overall, or any other player
