problems with patch 2.3

goodmorning everybody,
i have downloaded path 2.3 for pc. i have unrarred part 1 and after i founded a folder named "patch 2.3"
inside it i founded the file installer.exe. i followed all the instruction to install it. at the end of installation i have run pes. yes, there were bundesliga and right name but no official logos,kits and all the second division.but there also weren't other championship like bundesliga 2, serie B, etcc.


can you help me with this problems?

why you dont install or download the newest patch, PESEdit 4.0, its more great and easy to install without problem

i tried also with the patch 3.7 and i found again the same problem..i think i will be crazy!!!
