scoreboard help !!

can someone please help me create a scoreboard like this .. or even make it for me

if you can at the top were it says "2011 FIFA Women's World Cup - Group C, can you just put "(yourname)World Cup Scoreboard" ?

OOPS ..it turns out that, that scoreboard was for pes 2010 : ( .. so i need help
