if i select this long sleeve u wear under the jersey it has a color that is taken from somewhere from the kit
can somebody tell me where this is

you must change the color by your config ;)

no you don't change color in config.
You must change this part on kit texture:
normal template (you must change black part in color you want to have your sleeves)
