Editing match time

Is there a way of editing match time, not to 5-10-15 etc, but setting it to 12 or 13 for example.
I have downloaded pesedit 1.6 version and i noticed in config.exe an option named "force match time" which unfortunately was inactive (you are not able to tick it)

I asked juce for that, he told me he hasn't time to do that and he thought this option was not prior :)

I hope he will enable it in the next version, because i'm waiting for it !
