How to create my own switch

I'm Argentinian, so sorry for spelling errors.
I'm making a patch with the league from Argentina and I want to do a selector like the one in the patch PESEDIT but for my own patch.
My question is:
How I can create it?
because I have no idea how to manufacture

No sorry, that's not possible, but you can find info about all the stuff by searching google.
