Problem with PESEdit 1.4

hey every body, i have such big problem with my PEs 2011, i tried to instal the pesedit patch 1.4 but it dosnt work, even the pes vn dont work! i v tried to fix this prblém by finding the incompabilities so i replaced everything, but nothing has changeds!
it seems that the kitserver is not charged (attached), there is no flags of the teams patched! and when i trie to play with teams of EPL such totnham and arsenal the game craches. so can some one help me? is there an incompability betwen some verson of pes and the new kitserver...? Tks

noo, when i start the game everything is ok! but the kitserver data doesnt load :s :s :s and when i try to play with some teams as totnham the game craches in the menu, if i delete the EDIt option file there is no crach, but alsoo no more data imported byt the kitserver!! :s :s

I've the same probleme, can go into the edit menu, see the changed database, but the faces are wrong and so on, when i wanna start a game, than pes crashes.

if i should unstal all the pes folder, and reinstal again and also the Editpatch... what are the steps that i should folw???
in other terms what are the official update that i should install??

you both have the dll error beleive me!!! no official updates needed.. so download the dll and put it in system, system32 and sys64wow folder or install newest direct x
