Questions for Patching

Hey Guys,
i have really big problems with the patches because everytime when I install them, not everything work how it should.
Can someone explain me installing a patch like I want?

Things I want :

-All emblems(from all teams and leagues)
-All kits
-german Bundesliga with right emblems,kits,names und line-ups
-the champions league teams which are not available like Bursaspor,Zilina and so on

And if its no problem another league too.Maybe the turkish League or the Championchip/Liga Adelante/2.Bundesliga
and FC Santos.
But this is not so important.

So have someone the right patch and a detailed explanation?
I would be very thankful!
