yes, but u need this tool called "Megalink for PES2011 by EPT". it supports multi-patch. idk if it works well, never tried that.

anyway why in the world do u wanna use other patch ? pesedit's the best ! :lol:

It is but it doesn't have different leagues.... yet or alot of teams, so maybe he wants to get like the Turkish or Austrian Bundisliga which pesedit doesn't have...

hello y like very much the patch 0.4 it s great but im portuguese and in portugal are a patch to portuguese leaque and y like have install the two patch pesedit patch 0.4 and the portuguese patch tanks
