The game's music is listed in the dt02.img, even the special event menu music like the Copa Libertadores or UEFA Europa Leauge. Can't give you the whole list, just try through the different songs ( files BIGGER than 2KB)
You can export the files with the AFS Explorer and then listen to it with the DkZ Studio ( Download here! (http://www.filefront.com/4938296/DkZStudio_0.92B.rar/) )
If you want to import your own files you can do it with converting MP3s to the ADX-format with the DkZ-Studio.
Then use your AFS Explorer to import the RENAMED ADX-files into the dt02.img
If you want to add the music to the KITSERVER-folder just copy the adx-files into the kitserver's dt02.img-folder.
