I'm newbie, I would like to know how to edit adboards in this game, please tell me software I need

but I want to know which file need edit?
someone said this file is unnamed_2294.bin (located in dt07.img)

this file appears with PowerISO icon, and I can't open.. maybe I need Nero or something other??

unnamed_2728 is the right file.

You can open the dt07.img with Game Graphic Studio.

Then export the unnamed (right click -> export selected files to..)
