Does anyone know how to do this? Many great faces have been made for 2012, but I still play 2011... any idea how I can covert them for 2011?

EDIT: The title is supposed to say earlier versions.

there must be a way though? in 2011 I just move the file from 2010, and place it on top... but when I try for 2012 it says the file is too big, anyone have any idea how I can make it work in 2011?
