Editing scan faces?

How guys I am new here and I couldn´t find anywhere a thread talking about editing scan faces. I mean how can I get the image from a scan face and edit them? I know they are in the directory... Documents \ KONAMI \ Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 \ save... and I know they are as .bin files but I can not extract the image from those .bin files to edit and improve them using photoshop. Not even Game Graphic Studio can open them. Is there a way to do it?
