I want to edit my BAL player because I accidentally put him on the wrong country. I havent had a call up yet, so I am wondering if this is possible. I am running the latest patch (3.2).

Ich denke mal dass das möglich ist, sofern Du noch kein Länderspiel hattest (was Du ja gesagt hast).

I think it's possible because you haven't a call up yet.

I used the BAL editor (the chinese version), and edited my player to be transferred to Germany, and it worked. Playing in the Euros against Croatia right now! They somehow beat Spain to reach the Semi Finals, and Ozil is playing so awful. Bei ihm fällt der Groschen pfennigerweise :)

Are you able to edit which teams are in BAL mode during a season with the ML editor?

For example, Bayern are in "Other European Teams" instead of the Bundesliga, so I am unable to transfer to them, but I would like to make them a Bundesliga team. Is this possible?
